Dawnetta Haskins passed away on September 29, 2024, at the age of seventy. The Haskins family is deeply saddened to inform you of this news by sharing it with you. Many people will treasure her in their life since she is kind and giving. Her path started as a student at Box Elder High School and then lasted a career playing many parts. Still, those of a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother were the ones most dear to her.
Known for her compassion, Dawnetta delighted in surrounding herself with loving people and extending goodwill wherever she travelled. Among her most prized memories were those with loved ones and a passion of solving puzzles that tested her endurance and deliberate approach.
Two daughters, Gina May Roche Brown and Dawna Roche Simper, plus three stepdaughters and six stepsons—Sherri Montgomery, Curtis Roche, Brent Haskins, Stephen Haskins, Christopher Haskins, Nathan Haskins, and Patrick Haskins—her legacy endures. Many grandchildren and great-grandchildren also carry forward the love and loyalty she so generously offered.
Those who are lucky enough to have known her will always feel her presence; memories full of warmth, love, and many times of laughing and affection will remain. The knowledge that her compassion lives through every life she touched will help the family to find solace.
