The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports that a 72-year-old man was hospitalised following a Saturday afternoon motorbike accident in the Town of Arcadia. Travelling north on Arcadia Zurich Norris Road, Paul Gotwall, a resident, was involved in the collision. Officials said he was found in a ditch, caught under his motorbike, by a bystander who immediately called emergency services.

Arriving at the scene about 3:25 p.m., Wayne County Sheriff’s Office deputies as well as the Fairville Fire Department showed up. Authorities are trying to ascertain the cause of the mishap; the surrounding conditions are under examination.
