UPDATE: The First Colony Mall was the target of a smash and grab robbery that was performed by three individuals. The three suspects were quickly captured by the San Luis Obispo Police Department (SLPD) near the Houston Methodist Hospital after they had fled the area. There were no guns fired, and the shopping centre is safe. Investigations are still being carried out.
