Julie Ann Bongiovanni, 57, of Wheaton, IL, passed away on September 23, 2024. Born in Chicago in 1967 to Elizabeth (Stelling) and Jack Bongiovanni, Julie was raised in the western suburbs, where she developed a deep love for family, faith, and creativity. She attended Trinity Lutheran School and Timothy Christian High School, excelling in sports, music, and crafts, skills she carried throughout her life.
A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Julie’s greatest joy was her family. She took immense pride in raising her three daughters and adored her grandsons. Julie’s warm and nurturing spirit touched everyone around her, and her love for her husband, Pete, transformed their lives together in the six and a half years they shared.
Julie was a talented chef, baker, and crafter, filling her home with beauty and love. She was passionate about music and sports, especially supporting her grandsons in their games. Her love for life was reflected in her vibrant personality and positive outlook.
Survived by her husband, children, grandsons, and siblings, Julie leaves behind a lasting legacy of love and kindness. A tree will be planted at Morton Arboretum in her memory, a place she cherished with her family.
