The 76-year-old woman who was sadly struck and killed by a car in Woodlynne, Camden County, last week had her identity confirmed by authorities. According to Camden County police, Paulette Lee died at about 7:35 p.m. on Thursday at the crossroads of Ferry and Parker Avenues. The driver involved stayed at the site and has not been charged connected with the event. Shortly later, Lee, a Camden native, passed away in a local hospital from her injuries.

This junction runs on the edge between Woodlynne and Camden. Online obituary claims that Lee is left by nine children and their spouses, three sisters, many grandchildren, great-grandchild, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Born in Philadelphia, Lee spent many years serving the dietary team at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden before retiring. Her family and friends will gladly remember her contributions to the society and the influence she had on people surrounding her.

Authorities are still looking into the situation while they compile information about the conditions of this sad occurrence.
