On Lake Mary Road, Flagsstaff, Arizona, A man from Prescott was killed in a fatal accident that took place on Lake Mary Road on Sunday afternoon. After the initial inquiry, Hands was arrested and jailed at the Coconino County Jail. Among the several counts he faces are DUI connected to alcohol, second-degree murder, failing to stop for a vehicle collision resulting in death.
